Converter for PC is a family of small Windows apps, each converting one kind of file to another (for example PNG to JPG). They are available from the Microsoft Store and work fully offline.

Refunds
Purchases are made through the Microsoft Store, so refunds are handled by Microsoft. Open your Microsoft account order history and request a refund there. If you get stuck, email us and we will help.
Frequently asked questions
What does the free version include?
The free version converts one file per batch. Everything else works the same.
What is Pro?
Pro is a one-time Microsoft Store add-on (not a subscription) that removes the one-file limit so you can convert whole batches. It is coming after the apps are approved in the Store.
Where are my converted files saved?
In the output folder you choose in the app. The originals are never modified; the app writes new files next to them or in the folder you picked.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Conversion is fully offline and your files never leave your PC. The only network request is a small read-only check of the app's configuration, which carries no personal data. See the privacy policy.
Something failed or looks wrong. What now?
Try the file again, then send us the file type and the app version using the in-app feedback form or by email. Never send files containing sensitive data.
